Nathan’s hod dog champ on DL?

Six-time hot dog eating champion, Takeru Kobayashi, has been struck with a chewing-related injury (I kid you not!)  Jaw pain is limiting how far he can open his mouth.
Last year, he won Nathan’s contest by downing 53 3/4 hot dogs.  He is still planning on competing, however it’s unlikely he’ll be in contention.
According to a source: “In a test run today, he could not open his mouth wide enough to eat a hot dog bun, and could only stuff in one hot dog at a time.
